Location: Lower Rhine // Total area: 10 hectares, including 8 hectares of modern, drained outdoor space and 1.2 hectares of greenhouse.
Crops: Our own brand Dercks Heidemix, early-flowering perennials, and lavender.
Our plants are sold to almost all European countries.
We have two “precision watering cart” prototypes with which we save large amounts of irrigation water. These two watering carts are equipped with energy chains from igus. In collaboration with Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, we are working on an agroforestry project for outdoor potted plant cultivation. This is probably unique in horticulture in Germany.
