Dr. Peter Schopf is the founder and managing director of Schopf Meta Consult GmbH, a consulting firm focused on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and organizational development. Previously, he spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Siemens, where he was responsible for cross functional digitalization and innovation projects. Today, his work centers on the use of generative AI in enterprises, with a holistic approach that spans advisory services, training, and successful implementation.

Peter combines technical expertise with a strong focus on corporate culture and change management. As a speaker and coach, he supports leadership teams on the path to an AI driven organization, holds a doctorate in information systems, and serves as a bridge between business units and developers.
